Q: I don't see my ticket agency where I booked my order listed above. What do I do?
A: If you do not see your ticket seller listed above, they are not an authorized Michael Jackson This Is It ticketing agency. Please contact the agency or website listed on your order confirmation directly for further instructions.

Q: I purchased my tickets at a Ticketmaster Ticket Centre. How do I obtain a refund?
A: If your booking was made in person at a Ticketmaster Ticket Centre, please return to the original location where you purchased your tickets and ensure you take the confirmation or till receipt with you.

Q: I purchased my tickets at The O2 arena box office. How do I obtain a refund?
A: If your ticket booking was made in person at The O2 arena box office, you will be contacted in writing to advise of refund procedure. If you would like to contact the box office you can email at michaeljackson@theo2.co.uk or by post at: Arena Box Office, The O2, East Parkside, London, SE10 0JF. Please note, credit card refunds will be issued to the card used to purchase tickets. No cash refunds. Therefore, cheque payable to person who made booking and sent to the address given at the time of purchase.

Q: I want to receive my ticket. Do I get to choose which of the lenticular designs I want to have on my tickets?
A: You will receive a ticket for the same seat originally purchased and the pre-selected ticket design. The ability to choose the design of your choice is not available.

Q: I purchased multiple tickets as my original order but only want one ticket and to receive a refund for the remainder. How do I do this?
A: The ability to refund a partial order is up to the individual ticketing agency. Please refer to the special refund website links above established by each of the authorized ticketing agencies for information.

Q: How can I speak to someone at Ticketmaster regarding my order?
A: Please call Ticketmaster's Customer Support Team on UK 08444 999 999. The lines are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am to 4.00pm. International Customers please call +44 (0)161 385 2111.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Tickets will be distributed within 30 days.

Q: My travel plans have been disrupted. Will I be compensated for loss transportation bookings and hotel?
A: Unfortunately AEG Live is not responsible for transportation or lodging reimbursement.

Q: Can the tickets be sent to a different address?
A: For security reasons, the ticketing agencies will only dispatch tickets to the billing address of the card used to pay for the tickets. This procedure is in place as credit/debit card fraud is on the increase with telephone and internet bookings and is there to protect the card holder. All policies relating to the collection of tickets is agreed between the ticketing agent and the venue/promoter to reduce incidence of credit/debit card fraud.

A: You can check the details of your booking by:
